PORTARIA Nº 740/2011

O COMANDANTE GERAL DA POLICIA MILTAR DO DISTRITO FEDERAL, no uso de suas atribuições legais, conforme item 7 do artigo 13 do Decreto nº 4.284, de 4 de agosto de 1978.

RESOLVE:

Art. 2º Ficam Designados para substituir o TC QOPM CAIO VINICIUS VIANNA GUIMARÃES, matrícula 50.161/1, nas funções de Presidente da Comissão Permanente de Licitação o MAJ QOPM MARCELO RODRIGUES DIAS, matrícula 50.321/5, como 1º Presidente Substituto e o MAJ QOPM PAULO SERGIO CASSIANO DA SILVA, matrícula 50.394/0, como 2º Presidente Substituto.

Art. 3º Ficam os Oficiais integrantes desta Comissão isentos de figurarem como Encarregados de procedimentos administrativos de natureza apuratória (IPM, Sindicância e outros) e os Praças deixam de figurarem como escrivães nos referidos procedimentos administrativos acima citados. Outrossim, os Oficiais serão designados para as apurações no âmbito do Departamento de Logística e Finanças, tais como: Processos Administrativos, Sindicâncias, Comissões de Recebimento de Materiais, Bens Diversos, Vistorias e Outros, conforme Lei nº 8.666/93 e Decreto 26.851/2006.

Art. 4º Tornar sem efeito a Portaria PMDF nº 703, de 25 de março de 2010, publicada no Diário Oficial do Distrito Federal – DODF, nº 60, página 45 de 29 de março de 2010, que trata da Comissão Permanente de Licitação.

Art. 5º Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
